 Momentum is our unique fitness “challenge” where you commit to moving on a schedule that suits YOUR life.

This challenge is designed to bust through common barriers for Moms of all ages. Short on time? Short on energy? Not able to get to the gym? Not much equipment at home? Easily lose interest in exercise? No problem!

What to expect:

  • Done for you workouts up to 3x/week that take between 5 and 20 minutes to complete with nothing more than your body and a set of dumbbells and occasionally a step (optional).
  • Modifications/progressions/regression suggestions so the workouts can be accessible for all levels of fit.
  • Workouts delivered DIRECTLY to your cell via text the evening before your next planned workout (yup - the schedule is individual to you!) Plus a link to view the workout AND follow along if you like!
  • Mindset and Accountability. You have access to me via text at any time. Feeling like you want to skip the planned workout today? Text me and let me help you navigate if that’s the right choice for how you want to feel.

The "challenge" runs in 4-week intervals. You can choose to sign up for recurring billing so there is no lapse between support or choose to sign up for a single session.

Enrolment is ongoing. No more than 15 participants at a time. If you can register via the link - there is space for you.

*Please be prepared to allow a few days to get your schedule lined up for your first workout delivery.
