Michelle founded One Tough Mama Fitness in 2016, a year after the birth of her daughter. Initially she was fuelled by her passion to provide better information for Women regarding fitness, especially around birth. It didn’t take long to realize that Moms were joining classes for her support, but they were staying for the Community.
